This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit our website https://www.subscribedin.com (the “Site”), or use our products and services (the "Services").

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Site or use the Servies, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site and the Servies, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

YOUR RIGHTS

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

When you use our messaging service or other services, we will maintain copies of this information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

We store information for as long as necessary for the purposes identified in this Privacy Policy, including to provide our Services or for other legitimate purposes, such as complying with legal obligations, enforcing and preventing violations of our Terms, or protecting or defending our rights, property, and users. The storage periods are determined on a case-by-case basis that depends on factors like the nature of the information, why it is collected and processed, relevant legal or operational retention needs, and legal obligations.

If you would like to further manage, change, limit, or delete your information, you can do that through the following tools:

Services Settings. You can change your Services settings to manage certain information available to other users. You can manage your contacts, connections, groups, or use our “block” feature to manage the users with whom you communicate.

Changing Your Mobile Phone Number, Profile Name And Picture, And “About” Information. Mobile phone numbers and email addresses, must be updated using our in-app update contact details screen. You can also change your profile name, profile picture, and "about" information at any time.

Deleting Your Subscribedin Mobile App Accounts. You can delete your Subscribedin Mobile App accounts at any time (including if you want to revoke your consent to our use of your information pursuant to applicable law) using our in-app delete my account feature. When you delete your Subscribedin Mobile App account, your messages are deleted from our servers as well as any of your other information we no longer need to operate and provide our Services. Deleting your account will, for example, delete your account info and profile photo, delete you from all Subscribedin Mobile App groups, and delete your Subscribedin message history. Be mindful that if you only delete Subscribedin from your device without using our in-app delete my account feature, your information will be stored with us for a longer period. Please remember that when you delete your account, it does not affect your information related to the groups you created or the information other users have relating to you, such as their copy of the messages you sent them.
